Get Rid Of Bloating Fast

How to get rid of bloating fast. In today’s article I wanted to share a quick and easy way to get rid of belly fat because in all honesty, I thought it may be the result from my perimenopause and it’s totally not. I’ve personally struggled with the belly bloat since I hit 40. It’s no fun. And, over the past year and a half I’ve tried everything to diminish it. Cutting calories, eating fresh, and walking alone didn’t get rid of the bloating nearly as fast as I thought it would. It wasn’t until I realized that it wasn’t even my food intake that was causing this, it was something so many of us forget to do on a daily basis.

Tired Of The Bloating? Here’s How To Get Rid Of It Really Fast

In total this is going to take about 24 hours to kick in once you start the simple and easy process of eliminating the belly fat. That’s as quick as it gets my boss mama’s! Most of you know that I’ve been an intermittent faster for several years now and it’s basically the only way my body knows how to digest food properly. When my gallbladder was removed over 3 years ago, I noticed an increase in bloating. I thought it was perfectly normal and my scar tissue just needed to heal. Well, it was taking too long and I began to wonder if my stomach was ever going to rid the hardness. It hurt. All of the time.

Full Disclaimer: everyone’s side effects mean something different. If you have bloating, belly hardness, digestive problems, please seek medical help! I am NOT a doctor and I’m just sharing what works for me.

UPDATE:

After discovering I was allergic to almost all the food allergens, I stopped eating Gluten and this helped heal my gut as well. And, the bloat is gone.

The first thing I did was cut the red meat out of my diet. I don’t tend to eat meat other than chicken mostly but my future husband is straight up Italian and loves a 5 course meal. Every night of the week. My heavenly Lord, help save my insides. If I didn’t eat his famous meatballs or Stouffer’s foods (his dad was the president of the company), I felt like I wasn’t being a good woman to him. And that’s really wrong on my part. I’m a self care advocate and should never eat foods just to make someone else feel good. This body cannot handle it. Once I realized what I was doing, I immediately put a stop to it.

one trick that helps get rid of belly fat

If you’re someone like me then it’s super hard to swallow water or remember drinking it for that matter. I don’t hate it. It’s just something that I naturally forget to do over the course of 24 hours. The average woman is supposed to intake 8 glasses of water per day. Or, best to calculate how much water your body needs in one day. To be honest, some days I barely drink a small glass. I know, so bad for me, right. Other women like my sister drink a lot of water. It’s her go to hydration method.

1 Trick To Remove Belly Bloating Overnight

The trick isn’t to consume 8-10 glasses of water per day, it’s to drink it properly to get rid of bloating fast. And you’re wondering why there’s a proper way to drink water, like what? Yes! There absolutely is. The one fast way to rid belly fat and that hard bloating feeling is water. Fresh filtered water that is oh so good for you. Now here’s the catch. Drinking water throughout the day will not help you achieve the results you’re looking for. You’ll have to follow this step by step to eliminate the fat overnight so to speak.

  • Set up a time where you will be home long enough to do this treatment
  • Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns prior to drinking water in this form
  • Get 1 gallon of water for each 2 days that you’ll be drinking this way
  • Be close to a bathroom
  • Sit in a comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted for at least 15 minutes
  • Set a timer for 15 minutes
  • Start drinking from the gallon of water as soon as you’re set up and hit the timer
  • Drink as much water as you can and then take a 30 second break
  • Take another drink with several 30-60 second breaks in between
  • Your goal is to drink half the gallon of water in 15 minutes

If you don’t get nearly all the way to half that’s perfectly fine. Try to drink as much as you can within that time frame. This flushes your system and helps push all the toxins out. My whole thing was trying to clean my bladder because for several days I had forgotten to drink water throughout the day (I got super busy), and while I was doing this I realized how fast my stomach started shrinking.

Repeat this 15 minute water drinking challenge as much as you wish throughout the week. I’m not a good water drinker like I said, so I need to do this 2-4 times a week.

Obviously the more water you consume in one sitting period, the better the results. I do NOT recommend drinking too much water because that is not healthy either. Please do your own research and talk to your doctor before starting this if you have any concerns. This is just what worked for me.

Here’s some ways to cope with stress

I guess for those of us who forget to drink water on the daily this would be beneficial. I’d love to hear about your belly bloating tricks below, do share. We could all use a little more self care treatments in our lives. It’s been rough but we’ve got this! XO-V
