Million Dollar listing star Josh Altman says this was the most expensive sale of the year in Orange County real estate. Selling Sunset‘s Heather Rae El Moussa revealed that she sold the couple their new penthouse in Century City. “The best is when great friends turn into great clients,” she wrote on Instagram earlier this month.

Heather announced in 2020 that they had purchased land in Idaho and now plan to build a home there as well. As for the Penthouse in Los Angeles, California, she already has plans on doing minor reconstruction to the, “Not too shabby crash pad!” However, she’s absolutely in love with the Roberto Cavalli design.
