Witch Coffee Recipes
Witchcraft is the use of magic by a person called a witch. Traditionally, “witchcraft” means the use of magic to inflict supernatural harm or misfortune on others, and this remains the most common and widespread meaning. (via)
It’s also very meaningful to different practices and since it’s widespread, today we’re sharing a couple of ways to practice it. This article explains witchcraft as a magical and metaphysical practice used to influence the world around us in conjunction with or beyond accepted scientific explanations with results. Witchcraft does not have to be a spiritual expression or a religion, although, for some traditions, it does overlap. Witchcraft can be a solo or group practice; it can include materials or not include materials; it can be inherited or learned.
Because we are making Coffee, we’ll stick to the KITCHEN MAGIC today!

Kitchen magic is exactly what it sounds like – using cooking and baking as a means of casting spells. Kitchen magic is amazing as a practice because it also acts as such a strong metaphor for other types of spellwork. If you can cook, you can spell. If you can’t cook, you can also spell. The understanding a chef has for the process of meal creation and imaging an end result that they must work towards through tools, techniques and intentions is exactly what a witch attempts to do with any spell they try. A super simple yet effective spell is enjoying your morning coffee with cinnamon in it. Attracts all kinds of abundance depending on what you’re searching for or manifesting. Brings wealth, good health, love, fortune, positivity to your life. Take a spoon and stir clockwise while saying the affirmations 12-30 times.
I feel like I’m being guided and I’ve always been in tune with nature, so I want to learn more about the rituals. In researching I’ve found a lot of helpful articles that will help me better understand exactly what I want to practice. How To Make The Coffee Addict Mama
I’m really simple when it comes to concocting any recipe at home, so if you are worried about running out and getting a ton of ingredients to prepare your coffee at home, don’t be. I’ll share everything I typically like to keep in my cabinet for everyday iced coffee, lattes, and plain ol’s.
Hershey’s Caramel Syrup is my go to because it’s low in calories and gluten free. Be cautious when buying food products because a lot of them have ingredients that irritate the gut. I’ve been aware of this since I started making my own creamers. I have a ton of food allergies, so I just want to be safe when mixing anything up. A lot of times you can eliminate some ingredients listed in others posts. Do whatever is best for you.
- Fill large cup with ice
- Drizzle the hell out of it with Hershey’s Caramel Syrup
- Brew 2 Starbucks Espresso Pods or Lavazza
- Add more ice because it will melt (I like to brew the espresso shots right over my ice and add more ice but you can also brew the espresso and set aside to cool)
- Pour your favorite milk over top leaving a little room for more syrup (I have to use 2% milk because I’m allergic to others but you can do Almond, Soy, Anything that floats your boat)
- Drizzle more syrup on top or you can do the chocolate for added witchy vibes
Sometimes I will use my shaker cup when making the one with 2 espresso shots because I use very little milk in my drinks. It blends better.

Optional- add whipped cream and drizzle syrup for fun
9 Witchy Style Coffee Drink Recipes:
Start with a Venti Cold Brew, then make it even darker with six total pumps of regular mocha sauce. Next, ask for a scoop of vanilla bean powder in the cold foam. What you’ll end up with is a black and white drink fit for an Addams. Yum!

Caramel Apple Brew
Salem MA has the best witch vibes if you’re looking to take a little vaca this Halloween and explore the town. Make their caramel apple brew at home using these ingredients.
You’ll Need:
Espresso, apple purée, caramel sauce, toffee nut, choice of milk, whipped cream, nutmeg, caramel drizzle.
If I were making this I would add ice to my cup, brew the espresso shot over it, add a 1/2 tsp puree, squirt Hershey’s caramel syrup instead of the sauce and eliminate the toffee, add a little whole milk or 2%, whipped cream and dazzle of nutmeg.
Here’s a few more fun Halloween coffee drinks if you’re in the mood! Hope you enjoy and explore the WITCH in you this season! XO, until next time…MORE coffee please.
